Sizing & Fit
How do I choose the right size?
Our clothing is sized by age, but every child is different! We recommend measuring your little one's height and weight and comparing to the size chart on each product page. When in between sizes, we suggest sizing up for room to grow.
Do your sizes run true to size?
Most of our styles run true to size. Product pages note any exceptions. If you're unsure, feel free to email us at tonettiandcochildrens@gmail.com and we'll help you find the best fit.
Materials & Care
What materials do you use?
We specialize in soft, baby-safe fabrics including bamboo and other gentle textiles. Material details are listed on each product page.
How do I care for bamboo fabric?
Wash bamboo items on a gentle cold cycle and tumble dry on low or lay flat to dry. Avoid high heat, bleach, and fabric softeners to keep the fabric soft and long-lasting.
Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary by location and shipping method selected at checkout.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes! You can pick up your order in store at:

Select local pickup at checkout and we'll notify you when your order is ready.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of purchase for store credit or exchange only. Items must be unused, unwashed, in original condition, with all tags attached. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
What items cannot be returned?
The following are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:
- Sale/clearance items
- Accessories
- Gift cards
How do I start a return?

What if I received a damaged or incorrect item?
Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order and we'll make it right with a replacement.
Gift Cards
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes! Gift cards are available in store and online. Please note that gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.
